WHEN: By the end of November 2020
HOW:
Submit all the assignments
Finish off the mandatory activities and placement book
Mail to course coordinator to rule out any missed syllabus
Wait for the results
Evaluation of Goal- I should get my final grades after the release of feedback all the assignments. Meanwhile, I will get the confirmation from the university about the final grades so I will move toward next goal.
2. To give PTE (Pearson Test of English) examination
WHEN: By the beginning of November 2020
HOW:
Attend online PTE classes
Collect resources and practice PTE tests
Active involvement in discussion session and ask queries before exams
Evaluation of Goal- I will clear the PTE examination with good results such that I can proceed with registration.
3. To apply for registered nurse registration
WHEN: After the release of the academic grades and results of PTE examination
HOW:
Create an account and fill the registration application form
Follow up with Nursing and Midwifery Board Aphra (NMBA)
Close check of mails
Evaluation of Goal- I will be getting feedback from the NMBA if they want more evidence or approve my registration.
2. To be familiar with policies and guidelines of NMBA and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency ( AHPRA)

Read their articles and journals
Subscribe their webpages
Keep an eyes on updates and areas where I am lagging behind

1. To apply for RN vacancies
WHEN: From now till I find the job
HOW:
Closely search for RN vacancies throughout NSW
Read and practice common questions asked in interviews
Stay updated about the COVID pandemic and other current health issues
Check mails for interview and offer letter
Evaluation of Goal: I will finally get a job where I can start my nursing career as a new graduate registered nurse and I will continue be work there to gain some experience until I figure out my area of interest
2. To understand in depth about medications
WHEN: From now to always
HOW:
Take notes of medications unknown to me
Study about medications in NSW health website, CIAP (Clinical Information Access Portal) , MAR (Medicine Administration Record) Commonwealth Department of Health
Frequently revise the old and new medications and their actions
Collect and study the leaflet of medication in free time if a new medication is seen at work
Evidence of Goal- I will able to tell about medications and actions to patients, healthcare members when needed with confidence and I wont doubt myself administering those medications
3. To continue my education
WHEN: By the end of 2022
HOW:
Find area of interest of study
Be financially stable to continue study
Update knowledge on practical as well as theory
Evaluation of Goal- I will be taking my education to a further level and I will be competent.
4. To enter into teaching field or work in a nurse practitioner
WHEN: By the end of 2028
