The registered nurse:

Justification- My clinical goals prioritizes the effective communication skills, working in a team. close observation and assessment of patient and supervising the condition of patient, respect individual and their choices and culture, and escalate the information that will either improve or degrade patient condition.
Justification- Acute ward placement allowed me to see the acutely deteriorating cases which led me to think critically, conduct thorough assessment, and plan the care according. I learnt to prioritise and escalate the situation of the patient.
