Standard 7: Evaluates outcomes to inform nursing practice
RNs take responsibility for the evaluation of practice based on agreed priorities, goals, plans and outcomes and revises practice accordingly.
The registered nurse:
7.1 evaluates and monitors progress towards the expected goals and outcomes
7.2 revises the plan based on the evaluation, and
7.3 determines, documents and communicates further priorities, goals and outcomes with the relevant persons.

Justification- The OSCE assessment of HSNS576 was to make a care plan and implement the care based on the presentation of the patient. The assessor changed the condition of the patient prompting the need of reassessment and evaluation again. This OSCE challenged me to look at all the aspects of patient health and the need of reassessment of the patient. This assessment also prompted me to involve the interdisciplinary team in patient care.
